Returns Policy

   Need to return your Item?

 

No problem! Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days from the order date for a full refund             (excluding any original postage fees paid).

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange on any items you wish to return.

Please take care when trying on your new purchases as any item marked with make-up, fake tan or lotions will not be eligible for a refund. All items returned must be received in their original unworn condition with all tags still intact.

You do not need to notify us of a return, however we do recommend you get a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore, we would like to advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.

HOW TO RETURN YOU ITEM

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free or prepaid returns service.

Please fill in the details on the Returns Form that was enclosed within your parcel. If you have lost your Returns Form, you can either contact us for a replacement or put a note in with your return stating your full name, address and telephone number, along with a description of the item you are returning.

ALL JEWELLERY IS NON RETURNABLE FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENE REASONS

      Faulty Item?

We are very sorry if you have received an item which is faulty or an incorrect item in your delivery and we will of course  be happy to help rectify this as quickly as possible.

Please email theflamingoboutique@hotmail.com with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will then contact you within 48 hours with a link to create a free returns label.
