How is my order delivered?
Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail and will usually not require a signature on receipt. Larger parcels may be sent with an alternative service in accordance with their value and may require a signature on delivery. Express postage options are available at checkout. Orders over £100 will receive free standard delivery. (Please note Free Delivery over £100 is not available during any other promotional offers)
What are the payment options?
We accept the following international credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard. We also accept payments through Paypal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are always happy for you to return it to us within 14 days from the date of the order.
Please Note - ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and if such an item is returned to us, customers will be issued with store credit to the same value of the original purchase price.
Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
In order for us to process your return, items must be unworn and in their original packaging with tags intact. We would also ask that you complete the Returns Form that will be enclosed within your parcel. Please be sure to read our Returns Policy thoroughly before submitting your return.

Can I collect my order?
Please note that we offer a Click & Collect service that may be selected during checkout, instead of the alternative delivery charges. If you select this Click & Collect service, please ensure that you provide a contact number with your order as we will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange either delivery or collection from the Lymington (SO41) area.

Standard delivery orders placed on Friday (after 2pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed during a Bank Holiday weekend will be posted on the following Tuesday.

Express orders must be placed before 2pm in order to be posted out the same day. Express orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or during the weekend, will also be dispatched on Monday.

Please note that whilst stock levels are live within The Flamingo Boutique, items are subject to availability. Any orders that cannot be fulfilled, will be refunded to your original payment method.
